What this helps with

Three moments
this is built for

Stress Spikes
When your cortisol is high and you need a fast, reliable way to bring your nervous system back down.
Racing Thoughts
When your mind loops and won't quiet. The breath gives it something real and steady to follow.
Evening Wind-Down
Use Evening Mode before bed to slow your system and prepare your body for deeper, easier sleep.
How it works

How the reset works

01
Guided Breaths
30 steady breaths with visual guidance. Breathe in fully, let out without force. The orb and progress ring show you exactly where you are.
02
Breath Hold
Exhale fully and hold only as long as comfortable. The timer counts up so you can see your hold. Tap when your body is ready to breathe again.
03
Recovery Breath
Inhale deeply, hold for 15 seconds, then release. One round complete. Repeat up to 3 rounds for a deeper, more sustained reset.
Before you begin

Sit or lie down before starting. You may feel tingling, warmth, light-headedness, dizziness, or emotional release during or after the session. These are normal responses to changes in blood CO₂ levels. Stop anytime if you feel unsafe, unwell, or uncomfortable. This is not medical advice and is not a replacement for medical care.
